Don't let financial concerns keep you from receiving help. We offer affordable self-pay rates. Many insurance plans and EAP's are accepted. Income-based reduced rates and some financial scholarships are available.
We have four convenient locations in Middle Tennessee. Each location is handicap accessible and has free, on-site parking. Virtual visits are also available for most of our services.

The mission of branches is to be a Christ-centered behavioral health ministry that facilitates hope and healing for the whole person - mind, body, and spirit.
With compassion and excellence, we offer mental health counseling, mental health medication management, life coaching, support groups, educational and inspirational programs, 5-day intensive outpatient programs, weight management and wellness programs, and Christian mentoring/discipleship.
