Pam Cook, LPN, has over 30 years of nursing experience. Pam is originally from Maryville, TN but moved to Middle Tennessee in 1990. She graduated from Baptist Hospital School of Practical Nursing in 1991.  After graduation, Pam worked for 5 years as a Pediatric Nurse at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, TN and then as a Pediatric Nurse for several years in the office of Dr Susan Morgan. Pam then took a few years off from nursing to stay at home with her two children when they were young. Upon her return to nursing in 2011, she worked as the Charge Nurse at Creekside Assisted Living in Murfreesboro, TN. In 2012, Pam joined the staff at Gateway Medical Weight Loss in Murfreesboro. And finally, in 2017, Pam joined the Branches team.

As a part of the Branches team, Pam loves interacting with clients and patients and also supporting the Administrative Staff in various ways.

Pam and her husband Tony have lived in Smyrna for more than 30 years and have 2 grown children, Sarah and Carter, and a dog, Marley.  She loves Tennessee Volunteer football, country music concerts, visiting the Smoky Mountains, and spending time with her family and friends.
