Pam Cook LPN, has over 30 years of nursing experience and has been our nurse since Branches Weight Loss opened in 2017. Pam is originally from Maryville, TN but moved to Middle Tennessee in 1990. She graduated from Baptist Hospital School of Practical Nursing in 1991.  After graduation, Pam worked for 5 years as a Pediatric Nurse at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, TN and then as a Pediatric Nurse for several years in the office of Dr Susan Morgan. Pam then took a few years off from nursing to stay at home with her two children when they were young. Upon her return to nursing in 2011, she worked as the Charge Nurse at Creekside Assisted Living in Murfreesboro, TN. In 2012, Pam joined the staff at Gateway Medical Weight Loss in Murfreesboro and worked there until Gateway Medical Weight Loss merged with Branches to become Branches Weight Loss and Wellness.

As a part of the Branches team, Pam loves interacting with patients and getting to know them. She is usually first the person you will speak to when you call our Weight Management office and the first face you will see at each of your visits! She looks forward to meeting you and helping you get started on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle!

Pam and her husband Tony have lived in Smyrna for 32 years and have 2 grown children, Sarah and Carter, and a dog, Marley.  She loves Tennessee Volunteer football, country music concerts, visiting the Smoky Mountains, and spending time with her family and friends.
